About the Prize

2016 saw the opening of Perth’s first local Fish & Chip shop on wheels, serving locally caught seafood and popping up at all the big events in Perth. Fish Boss food truck is renowned for tasty local fish & chips with a real crisp beer batter, but has certainly made its mark with some of the best Fish Tacos Perth has ever seen.

2018 launched the second, or first fixed site location, right in the heart of the Perth City at the new Yagan Square, inside the horseshoe bridge. With a new site, comes a new landmark product for the Fish Boss team… and trust us when we say this… the WA Lobster Roll is worth the trip into the city.
